Infants (0 to 5 years) travel complimentary on lap seating without a separate bus berth. Shared accommodation with parents/guardians included.
Children aged 6 to 12 years receive a dedicated luxury pushback bus seat, tour meals, and shared hotel lodging at a 50% subsidized discount (50% chargeable fare).
Complete pilgrimage package covering individual reserved bus seat, lodging room bed, all temple darshan coordination, and yatra kit for travelers aged 15 years and above.
By booking a tour with Sanwariya Travels, passengers agree to the following terms.
All travelers must carry original government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Passport, or Driving License) during the journey. The name on the booking voucher must match the passenger's photo identification.
Seats are reserved at the time of booking confirmation according to the live coach seat visualizer. Seat numbers are strictly allocated to maintain fair order. Passengers are requested not to exchange assigned seats without Tour Manager authorization.
Standard tour packages include clean, sanitized quad/triple sharing hotel accommodation. Solo travelers and couples who prefer dedicated private rooms may select the "Private Room Upgrade" add-on at booking checkout.
Each passenger is permitted one medium-sized trolley/baggage (up to 15 kg) stored in the bus luggage compartment, plus one small personal handbag for onboard bus cabin transit. Sanwariya Travels is not liable for unattended valuables.
All Sanwariya tours are holy pilgrimage yatras. Consumption of alcohol, non-vegetarian food, smoking, or unlawful substances is strictly prohibited throughout the journey and inside all contracted vehicles and hotel premises.
